I have been spilling my secrets into notebooks since my teenage years. What started as a way to express anger or frustration slowly grew into a window that gives me a clearer view of my soul. My journals became my best friends.
Journaling took many shapes over the 25 years since I started it, but in many cases, it was just a stream of thoughts. Sometimes connected, but mostly flowing without purpose. That changed when I moved to Germany, and my writing became more reflective.
I wanted to feel something after journaling, something that stays with me all day. My desire led me to experience the world more intentionally. That’s when I decided to merge my new passion for neuroscience with my love for journaling.
In this blog, I share both stories about my adventures in Germany as a foreigner navigating a new culture and the inner discoveries and unique journaling methods.

I divided my adventures into different categories:
- Corporate world adventures (12)
- Inner world adventures (12)
- Pieces of me (9)
- The journaling path (1)
If you wish to receive my stories right when they’re published, here’s your chance 🙂
